INSPECTION PROCEDURE

HINT:

After the inspection is completed, clear the DTCs.

PROCEDURE

1.

CHECK DTC

(a) Disconnect the I18 and I19 stereo component amplifier assembly connectors.

(b) Clear the DTC.

(c) Check if DTC 74-40 is output.

OK:

DTC 74-40 is not output.

OK

2.

CHECK DTC

(a) Reconnect the I18 stereo component amplifier assembly connector.

(b) Check if DTC 74-40 is output.

OK:

DTC 74-40 is not output.

OK

3.

CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY - SPEAKER)


(a) Disconnect the I19 stereo component amplifier assembly connector.

(b) Disconnect the N2*1, N8*, I10*1 and I12*2 speaker connectors.

HINT:

*1: for RH Side

*2: for LH Side

(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:
